Dr Qin | Doctor of Microbiology and CEO of Hunan Sunshine Biotech
Dr. Qin has been engaged in researching plant extracts since university. Hunan Sunshine Bio-Tech Co. was established in 2014. when he started to export raw materials to global businesses and took the sponge spicules as the core product. The extraction technology has been continuously innovated through years of effort and continuous research & development. In 2020, Hunan Sunshine Bio-Tech Co. Reached 99% Purity of their spicules, which is the highest level standard in the world.
In 2021, through a series of perfect global and domestic certifications and testing. Dr Quin and his team designed the world’s first-ever Professional Bio-Microneedling treatment in the form of professional beauty sets under the name “SQT” which uses sponge spicules as the key ingredient, and 100% natural active ingredients to solve different skin problems including acne, pigment, lines and wrinkles plus much more.

Terri Grace | General Manager, Grace Beauty Ltd
Terri is passionate about making women feel empowered through skin health education. She created Grace Beauty to ensure New Zealand women have access to quality skincare and trusted beauty products.
With decades of experience within the beauty industry in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Terri has seen firsthand how the right skincare and beauty products can transform how a woman feels about herself. Terri holds a CIDESCO and SAAHPS Beauty Qualification, has undertaken extensive skin training throughout her career and is the founder of a popular Auckland beauty salon.
Combining this knowledge with her talent in identifying innovative skincare solutions, she is now focused on launching and marketing leading beauty products into the retail and professional markets here in New Zealand.
Ali Eising | Brand Manager
Ali is an internationally qualified beauty therapist with over 15 years of experience. She previously owned two salons, including a Nimue award-winning clinic which she successfully ran for eight years with a team of five. Her passion for skincare began with her own teenage skin struggles, inspiring her to study skin health and help others feel confident in their own skin.
Now a brand manager, Ali draws on her experience as a therapist, business owner, and team leader to support beauty professionals with genuine insight into salon life and the challenges of balancing work and family. As a wife, mum of two, and dog owner, she understands the importance of connection, confidence, and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys walking her dogs with a podcast, yoga, pilates, and family holidays.
Rosie Southwell | Brand Manager
Roisin (known to clients as Rosie) has spent nearly 15 years in the skin industry, beginning her career in a skin-focused clinic in Auckland CBD. She’s worked hands-on in several award-winning clinics across Auckland and managed a skin and laser clinic in Australia for five years. Her experience with leading dermaceutical brands has deepened her knowledge of ingredient formulation and skin function.
After years of solo travel and living in Queensland, Rosie is now based in rural Pukekawa with her partner, daughter Keira, and dog Freddie. Passionate about skin health, she continues to grow her expertise and loves inspiring others through education. Working with Grace Beauty allows her to represent results-driven brands while being part of a supportive team. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, travel, yoga, gardening, and cooking.
